Lovely modern (self-catering) house. 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Large open-plan living area, separate scullery, indoor and outdoor braai. Enclosed back garden with plenty of parking for boats and cars. Sleeps max of 8, including children. Rate depends on number of people. Minimum of 2 nights on a weekend or 3 nights on a long weekend.

Arrival time: between 2pm and 7pm.

Check out time: 11 am. Or prior arrangement.

Equipped with eye-level oven and hob, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, microwave and washing machine, electric frying pan, pots, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. TV, DVD, DSTV decoder (provide own smart card), Video, Music centre.
 
Living area tiled. Laminated flooring in all three bedrooms.

Room 1: Double bed.Shower, toilet en-suite.

Room 2: Main bedroom, full bathroom en-suite. Double bed.

Room 3: Double bed and double bunk.Shower, toilet en-suite.

Bedrooms all have sliding doors to outside. Bedding is provided, but not towels.

RATES: R1000 per night for up to 6 pax / children .

Extra charge for additional person(s) per night. Adult R200, child 6-12yrs R100, child under 6yrs R50
